A condominium, or condo, is a form of housing tenure where a particular part of real estate (generally room apartment) is owned privately while the use of and access to facilities such as hallways, heating system, elevators, exterior under law associated with private ownership and is controlled by property owners association that describes the entire section. The term is often used to refer to the unit itself to replace the word “apartment”. There have been many changes over time in line now providing apartments / condos that are sold to customers (selling an apartment or selling a condo). Condominium is the legal term used in the United States and some Canadian provinces. In Australia and the province of British Columbia in Canada is called a strata title. In Quebec the term syndicate of co-ownership is used. In England and Wales with common hold, a form of ownership was introduced in 2004 and unusual in some places.
In Indonesia there are condominiums, for example in Kemang Village. There are many available condominium for sale or apartments for sale. And will continue to grow.
